(1) In a State, there may be- (a) principal market yard(s) managed by the Market Committee; (b) sub- marketyard(s) managed by the Market Committee;\ (c) market sub-yard (s) managed by the Market Committee; (d) private market yard(s) managed by a person, holding a licence under section 10 ; Notification of intention of Regulating marketing of specified agricultural produce. Declaration of whole State as one unified market area. Notification of delineated market area. area and of items of agricultural produce and livestock.
