The Market Committee shall meet for the transaction of its business at least once in Meeting etc. of every three months on such date and at such time, as the Chairperson may the Market determine: Committee. Provided that the Market Committee may, in special circumstances meet at any time and at any place in the delineated market area, as may be prescribed.
