(I) It shall be the duty of every local authority or its officers to give all the necessary information in respect of possession of or under the control of any notified agricultural produce to the Market Committee or its officers authorised in that behalf as and when requires. (2) It shall also be the duty of every local authority and its officers and staff concerned to give all the possible assistance to any officer of the Market Committee in discharging his duties under this Act.
