Where, after the conclusion of the investigation, the findings ol the Lokayukta disclose the commission of an offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and or under Chapter 9 ol the lndian Penal Code, 1860 by a public servanl referred to in clause (a) or clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 14, the Lokayukta may file a case in the Special Court and shall send a copy of the report together with ils findings to the competent authority.
