(1) Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Act, the Executive Council shall, in discharge of its powers and performance of its functions under this Act, be bound by such directions as the Governing Board may give in writing to it from time to time. (2) The Executive Council shall furnish to the Governing Board such information with respect to its activities as the Governing Board may, from time to time, require.
