Definitions - In this Act unless the context otherwise requires:- (a) "Centre" means a study Centre established by the Parishad; (b) "Governing Council" means the Governing council constituted under section 6; (c) "Government" means the State Government; (d) "notification" means a notification published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and the word "notified" shall be construed accordingly; (e) "Parishad" means the Andhra Pradesh Yogadhyayana Parishad established under section 3; (f) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made by the Government under this Act.
