Water tax payable under this Act to be treated as Public revenue due upon the land - The water tax payable under this Act, by an owner in respect of any land shall be deemed to be public revenue due upon the land, and the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 (Act II of 1864) shall apply.
