Protection of action taken in good faith - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Commission and officer of Government or any Members, officer or other employees of the Commission for anything done or purported to have been done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made there under.
