Rehabilitation of the affected persons - The rehabilitation and resettlement of the persons affected due to the irrigation projects shall be carried out by the State Government in accordance with the provisions of this Act: Provided that all the expenditure required to be incurred by the State Government for the rehabilitation and the resettlement of persons affected by the irrigation projects shall be borne by the Corporation.
