Constitution executive committee - (1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely:- (a) Managing Director of the Corporation; Chairman; (b) Engineer-in-Chief, Irrigation Department, Hyderabad ; Member; (c) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the Corporation ; Member; (d) Representative of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation; Member; (e) Chief Engineer, Public Health Department; Member; (f) Representatives of the Departments of Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Industries Members; (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
