See now the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No.30 of 2013). Government shall, by appropriation duly made in this behalf, from time to time, provide funds to the Corporation for the performance of the functions of the Corporation under this Act. (2) The capital provided by the State Government shall not carry any interest.
