Prohibition of water contamination- (l) No groundwater resources shall be contaminated in any manner by anybody including industrial, local bodies and aquaculture waste disposal. (2) Direct disposal of waste waters into the aquifers, is prohibited. CHAPTER - IV SURFACE WATER PROTECTION MEASURES
