Short title, extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1995. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come in to force on the 9th March, 1995.
