Short title, extent and commencement- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Transferred Territories) Extension of Laws Act, 1961. (2) It extends to the territories specified in the First Schedule to the Andhra Pradesh and Madras (Alteration of Boundaries) Act, 1959 (Central Act 56 of 1959). (3) It shall come into force at once.
