Powers of delegation- The Board, Director-General, Authority, Commission, Chief Executive Officer and Council may delegate its powers and direct that any power exercisable by it may also be exercised by any of the following, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein. (a) any authority subordinate to it; (b) any of the officers or employees of the Board or its constituent bodies; (c) any of the officers or employees of a Local Body; and (d) any special purpose vehicle or company of any Authority or Commission.
