Transfer of assets and liabilities —As from the date of commencement of this Act all the lands, buildings and other property movable and immovable, vested in the erstwhile department immediately before that date and all assets, rights and interests vested in, and all outstanding debts, liabilities and obligations incurred by, the erstwhile department in connection therewith, shall be transferred to and shall vest in the Authority or Commission without further assurance.
