Repeal of Ordinance 1 of 2001 2 THE ANDHRA PRADESH TAX ON ENTRY OF GOODS INTO LOCAL AREAS ACT, 2001 (ACT NO. 39 OF 2001) [16th October, 2001] AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF TAX ON ENTRY OF CERTAIN GOODS INTO LOCAL AREAS IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND FOR THE MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the fifty-second year of the Republic of India as follows :—
