Short title extent, commencement and application:- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh State Educational Institutions (Reservation in Teachers’ Cadre) Act, 2021. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
