Cognizance of offence - Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal procedure, 1973(Act No.2 of 1974), no Court shall take cognizance of an offence Punishable under this Act except upon a complaint, in writing, made by a person authorized in this behalf by the Council. CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS
