Removal of names from Register - The Council may, by order, remove from the register the name of any practitioner who has been convicted of a cognizable offence as defined under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973(Central Act No.2 of 1974), or has been found guilty of professional misconduct after due enquiry.
