Accounts and Audit -(1) The Council shall cause to be maintained such books of accounts and other books in relation to its accounts in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts of the Council shall be audited by the Director of State Audit as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Audit Act, 1989 (A.P.Act No.9 of 1989). (3) The accounts of the Council as certified by the Auditor with the audit report shall be forwarded annually to the State Government and State Government shall cause the same, to be laid before the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council.
