Fund of council – (1) The Council shall have its own fund and all sums which may from time to time be paid to it by the State Government and all the receipts of the Council (including registration fees for inspection of institutions, and any sums received from any authority or person) shall be 20 credited to the fund and all payments by the Council shall be made there from. (2) The surplus money, if any, of the fund shall be invested in the manner as may be prescribed and the money required for the administration of the Council shall be deposited in the nationalized banks. (3) The Council may spend such sums as it thinks fit for performing its functions under this Act, and such shall be treated as expenditure payable under this Act.
