Power to remove difficulties 3 THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE AQUACULTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 2020 ACT NO. 29 OF 2020 (5th August, 2020) AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A0NDHRA PRADESH STATE AQUACULTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (APSADA) AND TO PROVIDE FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Seventy-First year of the Republic of India as follows: CHAPTER-I PRELIMINARY 1.Short title, extent and Commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh State Aquaculture Development Authority Act, 2020. (2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
