Exemption -This Act and Rules made thereunder, shall not be applicable to aquaculture or aquaculture business operations done by the ICAR/ SVVU/ Department of Fisheries/ and other Government agencies/ institutions. 37.Protection of action taken in good faith - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Authority or any officer or employee of the Authority for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules made thereunder. 38.Persons acting under this Act to be Public Servants - Any person acting under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code ( Central Act 45 of 1860).
