Short title, extent, commencement and application – (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh State Aid to Industries Act, 1976. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint. (4) It applies to cottage, Small-Scale and Village Industries.
