Fees and Allowances - The President, Vice-President and other members of the Council and also the members of the committees shall be paid such fees and allowances for attending the meetings of the Council or as the case may be, the committees, as may be prescribed. 17.Recognition of Agricultural/Horticultural Qualifications - (1) The Agricultural/Horticultural qualification granted by the Agricultural/ Horticultural Universities or institutions in the State of Andhra Pradesh which are included in the Schedule shall be recognized Agricultural/Horticultural qualification for the purposes of this Act. (2) Any Agricultural/Horticultural Institution in the State of Andhra Pradesh which grantsan Agricultural/Horticultural qualification not included in the Schedule may apply to the Government to have such qualification recognized and the Government, after consulting the Council, may by notification, amend the Schedule, so as to include such institution and such qualification therein when granted after a specified date.
