Meetings of the General Body of the Council – (1) The general body consisting of all the members on the roles of the Council shall meet once in a year, to conduct the business of the Council in respect of passing of Annual 9 reports, Financial budget, Audited report and other matters connected with functioning of the Council. (2) The General body meeting shall be conducted during any day in the month of February every year. The meetings shall be conducted at a place and time as decided by the Executive Committee of the Council with an advance notice of minimum of twenty one (21) days. (3) A minimum number of 100 Registered members attending the meeting shall form the quorum. In the event of shortfall, the quorum in the Executive Committee shall adjourn for a short period and reconvene the meetings. The proceedings of such a reconvened meeting shall be considered fully valid.
