Visitation - (1) The Government shall have the right to cause in inspection to be made by such person or authority, as they may direct of the affairs and properties of the university or any college or institution maintained 1 [or affiliated] by the University and to cause an inquiry to be made in respect of any matter connected therewith. (2) Before causing such an inspection or enquiry, intimation thereof shall be given to the University, which shall be entitled have its nominee or nominees at such inspection or enquiry and to make representations in regard thereto.
