Appeals - (1) Every applicant who is aggrieved with the decision taken by the Committee on his claim of occupation may prefer an appeal within 60 days from the date of decision of the Committee before the appellate authority. However, the Appellate authority can condone the delay, if the authority is satisfied with the reasons furnished by the appellant for filing the appeal. (2) The Appellate authority shall dispose of the same after giving reasonable opportunity to the appellant to prove his claim and shall dispose of the same on merits within a period of 90 days from the date of Appeal.
