Penalty for obstructing Inspector, etc., - Any person who wilfully obstructs an Inspector in the exercise of any power conferred on him by or under this Act or any person lawfully assisting such Inspector in the exercise of such power, or who fails to comply with any lawful direction made by such Inspector, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with both.
