Short title, application and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh School Education Teachers and other Employees (Abolition of existing service cadres and Regulation of recruitment and conditions of service) Act, 2005. (2) It applies to the teachers working in Government, Mandal Parishad and Zilla Parishad Schools, and other employees working in the Department of School Education as mentioned in the schedules I and II. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 13th June, 2005.
