Appointment of officers and other employees of the commission - (1) To efficiently discharge its functions under this Act, the Commission shall engage such number of officers and other employees as it may consider necessary, subject to such regulations as may be made in this regard; (2) The terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Commission shall be such as may be prescribed.
