Establishment of Commission -(1) With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be established a Commission by the name of the Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission; (2) The Commission shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name; (3) The headquarters of the Commission shall be at such a place as may be notified by the State Government.
