Protection of action taken in good faith - No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against the commission, or chairperson or any member, officer, employee in respect of anything done or intended to be done in 9 good faith, or any contract of any kind entered into by the commission in good faith in pursuance of this Act, or the regulations made, or orders or directions issued thereunder.
