The words “Pre-Primary”, omitted by the Act No.31 of 2000, section 3. 5 (d) mobilisation towards collection of the membership fee and Corpus fund for the school; and (e) sanctioning of the budget and approving the accounts of the school education fund placed before it by the 1[School Management Committee].
