Promotion of equity among Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes - The departments shall prepare Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan/Tribal Sub- Plan to promote equity in the development among various social groups within Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes and focused development of backward Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe habitations. In case of Tribal Sub Plan, Special attention shall be paid to Scheduled Tribes residing in the Scheduled Areas.
