Recommendation by the Nodal Agencies and Nodal Department - The schemes that fulfill the norms laid down in the Act shall be recommended by Nodal Agency for Social Welfare and Nodal Agency for Tribal Welfare for inclusion in the Annual Plan proposals of the departments and aggregated for placing before the State Council for Development of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, for consideration and approval as pre-budget process.
