Preliminary Short title, extent, commencement, duration and savings - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan (Planning, Allocation and Utilization of Financial Resources) Act, 2013. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act. (4) It shall cease to have effect after the expiry of ten years from the date of commencement, except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such cesser and upon such cesser the Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1891, shall apply as if this Act had been repealed by a State Act.
