Application of the Provisions of the Law relating to Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Act, 1957 the Andhra Pradesh Entertainments Tax Act, 1939, and the central Sales Tax - Act, 1956:- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the provisions of the law relating to the Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Act, 1957, the Andhra Pradesh Entertainments Tax Act, 1939, and the central Sales Tax Act, 1956 for the time being enforce in the State shall apply mutatis-mutandis to all the registered and unregistered dealers.
