Repeal and savings - The Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Record of Rights in Land Regulation, 1358 Fasli (Regulation No.LVII of 1358F) and all standing orders and any other provisions of law relating to the record of rights in land as in force in the State are hereby repealed: Provided that the provisions of section 8 of the Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1891(Act 1 of 1891) shall be applicable in respect of the repeal of the said enactment, standing orders and other provisions of law; and sections 8 and 18 of the said Act shall be applicable as if the said enactment, standing orders and provisions of the law had been repealed and re-enacted by a Andhra Pradesh Act. 71 .
