Short title, extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Reservation in favour of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes of Muslims Act, 2007. (2) it extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh; (3) it shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th July, 2007.
