Short title, extent and commencement:- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Regularisation of Services of Contract Employees Act, 2023. (2) It shall extend to the persons, who have been appointed on Contract basis on or before 2nd June 2014 and are continuing till date in Government Departments. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
