Substituted by the Act No.3 of 2024,S.2 8 [“(3). Each of such Constituent Institutes shall have flexibility to take functional and administrative measures subject to the guidelines or instructions issued by the Governing Council from time to time.”] (4) The 9 [University]. shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said Corporate name. (5) In all suits and other legal proceedings by or against the 10[University].the pleading shall be signed and verified by the 11[Registrar] and all process in such suits and proceedings shall be issued to and on behalf of the 12[Registrar].
