Power to make regulations - (1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules generally to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for the following matter, namely, the terms and conditions of service of the Administrative Officer and other officers and employees of the Board under section 5.
