Protection of action taken in good faith - No civil or criminal proceeding shall be instituted against any person for anything done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act or against the Government or any person acting on behalf of or by the authority of the Government, for any loss or damage caused to or in respect of any property, whereof possession has been taken by the Government under this Act.
