Punishment for buying, selling consumption of liquors - Whoever,- (a) 4[xxxx] consumes any liquor except 5[in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968], or the terms of any rule, notification order, licence or permit issued thereunder shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend upto six months or with fine which may extend upto one thousand rupees or with both;
