Appointment of Commissioner - The Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise for the State appointed under section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 (Act 17 of 1968) shall, subject to the general or special orders of the Government in this behalf, be, the Chief controlling authority in all matters connected with the administration of this Act.
