Duty of officials of all Departments and local bodies to assist - Officials of all departments of the Government and of all local bodies shall be legally bound to assist any Prohibition 5[any Executive Magistrate or Police, Prohibition or Special Enforcement Bureau Officer] in carrying out the provisions of this Act.
