Powers of entry and inspection -The Collector, 10[Executive Magistrate, any Prohibition Officer any Special Enforcement Bureau Officer] or any Police Officer, 11[not below the rank of an Sub-Inspector] may enter and inspect at any time by day or by night, any place in which it is reasonably suspected,- (a) that any liquor is kept for sale or stored 12[otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, and the rules made thereunder]; or (b) that an offence under 13[section 7, section 7A 14[section 7-B, section 8 section 8-A, section 8-B or section8-C]] is being committed; and may examine, test, measure or weight any material, still, utensil, implement, apparatus or liquor found in such place.
