Short title, Application and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Maintenance Grant (Regulation) Act, 1995. (2) It shall apply to all private educational institutions in the State. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 1st April, 1978.
